sov stack
layers / modules / civilization os map
This page is the front door into the Sovereign Stack project: one link for the high-level mapping explainer, and one link for the full 110-module matrix (22 modules × 5 layers).
The goal is to map out every layer (individual, household, business, community, citadel) and every module (money, comms, security, food, etc.) so we can gradually assemble a coherent, sovereign civilization stack.
Right now, only part of that stack is actually filled in: roughly 40 modules have a first-pass stack/toolchain and ~70 modules are still incomplete or in draft. Every module is a work in progress.
None of these modules are “finished” or perfect—not even by my own standards. They all need much more scrutiny, especially from people who live and work inside each niche (energy, legal, comms, health, logistics, etc.). If you see better patterns, architectures, or tools for any given module, I would like to hear about it.
Treat this as an open, evolving stack. The map is stable; the content inside each module should keep getting audited, upgraded, and corrected over time. Feedback, critiques, and alternative designs for specific modules are welcome. (You can reach out via the contact page or Nostr.)
