In your first message, do not include your real name, exact address, or any IDs. Use a handle or pseudonym only.

Approx. size (e.g. “2 people”, “10–15 people”, “~40 residents”, “small online business”) -
2) rough region (non-identifying)
Continent or macro-region only.
Examples: “Western Europe”, “Southeast Asia”, “US Southwest”, “East Africa”.
No city, no exact country if that feels exposing. -
3) what you want to build or harden (1–3 sentences)
Examples:
“Design a resilient home Sov Stack: energy, comms, and BTC custody.”
“Help us architect infra for a small rural community (power, mesh, custody governance).”
“Audit and redesign our current Bitcoin + server + comms setup for higher threat.” -
4) your self-assessed threat level
Low – “Mostly privacy and resilience. No known serious adversary.”
Medium – “Some political/economic/sensitivity, might attract attention.”
High – “Likely to be of interest to serious state or organized adversaries.”
(If you’re truly “high”, say that, but do not share details yet. Scope may be declined or limited.) -
5) time horizon & urgency
Rough timeline: “ASAP”, “within 3 months”, “long-term staged build”, etc. -
6) confirmation of lawful intent
One line: “This project is for lawful defensive/security purposes only.”
